These programs focus first and foremost on the safe practice of diving. While having fun, the diver gradually experiences basic diving skills and techniques such as balance, spatial orientation, water entry, basic positions, jumps and dives. different levels of difficulty.
Classes include skills on floor, poolside, and 1 and 3 meter springboards depending on age and experience. These programs will allow participants to enrich their personal development by pushing their limits while promoting self-esteem.
Classes for all these programs will be held in the deep end of the pool.
